Katrina Le?verne Taylor (born December 3, 1978 in Miami, Florida) known by her stage name Trina, is an American rapper. Biography Trina's mother is African-American and her father is Dominican.Her first opportunity to be in front of the camera in the industry came in Luke's "Birthday" from 1994's "Luke: Freak For Life... 6996" album and even got one line consisting of one word; "Trina"During her early years, the glamorous life did not exist for Trina, as she faced many hard times. The chorus from her song ?U & Me? off the Diamond Princess album speaks for itself Trina lived most of her life between Liberty City and later, the Pembroke Isles neighborhood of Pembroke Pines. Despite her surroundings in Miami's Liberty City neighborhood, Trina managed to do positive things with her life, and became a real estate agent.
