Nicky Jam Biography

Nick Rivera Caminero (born February 25, 1980 in the Dominican Republic) is known artistically as Nicky Jam. He was born to a Puerto Rican father and a Dominican mother. He is a reggaeton artist known for such hits as "Me Voy Pa'l Party", "En la Cama", "Descontrol", "Buscarte", "Guayando", "Vive Contigo" among others. Musical career When he was six years old he moved to Barrio Obrero, Puerto Rico. He got a certain rise in popularity after the release of his 2004 release of Vida Escante, and then in 2007 The Black Carpet which is currently his most recent album under Pina Records. With special guests like Rakim Y Ken-y. Nicky Jam has worked with the likes of Daddy Yankee, Don Chezina, Lito & Polaco , Big Boy , Rakim y Ken-Y and Héctor y Tito in the past. He has appeared in many reggaeton albums, currently holding the record for most appearances on various artist CDs which was formerly held by Daddy Yankee.
