Mister No is an Italian comic book, first published in Italy in 1975 by Sergio Bonelli Editore.Mister No was created by writer Sergio Bonelli under the pseudonym of Guido Nolitta, and by artist Gallieno Ferri. Jerry Drake (Mister No's true name) is a US former soldier who took refuge in Manaus, in the Amazon Rainforest of Brazil, to escape the horrors of World War II. He finds a work there as tourist plane pilot, and from there he started a long series of adventures set in the jungle, together with his friend Otto Kruger. The last number (379), published in December 2006, was set in 1969.Other authors who worked to the series include writers Alfredo Castelli, Tiziano Sclavi and Claudio Nizzi, and artists Roberto Diso, Marco Bianchini, Fabio Civitelli and Ferdinando Tacconi.In the last issue it was announced that the series will continue in the annual specials.
