Their music is a mix of death grunt vocals and industrial metal, which they describe as "cyber metal". Their use of electronic sounds have led them to be compared with such bands as Samael, the Kovenant and Rammstein. They have been the opening act for touring bands such as Behemoth, Epica, and Misanthrope. Biography Malmonde was first formed at the end of 1999. Influenced by other rock bands such as Rammstein, Samael or even Meshuggah, their sound is created by mixing metal and electronic samples.
