Faker is a Sydney-based Australian band who formed in 1996, but released their debut album in 2005. Their latest single, "This Heart Attack" peaked at #64 on Australia's ARIA Singles Chart. Biography Faker were formed in Sydney, Australia, in 1996. They have released 2 albums, Addicted Romantic (2005) and Be The Twilight (2007). Since the release of Addicted Romantic, they have received strong support from Australian youth radio station, Triple J. Faker have also released 3 EPs, "The Familiar"/"Enough" (2005, peaked at #62 on the ARIA Singles Chart), "Hurricane" (2005, peaked at #65 on the ARIA Singles Chart) and most recently "This Heart Attack" (2007, peaked at #64 on the ARIA Singles Chart).
