Factory 81 was a nu metal music group from Muskegon, MI, USA formed in 1997. The band is now disbanded as of December 2003.The band's members consisted of:

History
Their first full-length album, Mankind, was released on Medea Records in 1999 and then later re-released on Universal/Mojo on October 21, 2001. Factory 81 disbanded in December 2003 without releasing another album.Factory 81 generated a grassroots following via the Internet in 1998, with small pods of fans across the U.S. and abroad promoting the band in their local markets as their popularity spread. While a street team sponsored by ArtistDirect existed for some time, many fans operated outside the official network.The band gained notoriety after their first US tour as an opener for Mudvayne, One Minute Silence and Relative Ash.
