Elio Biography

Stefano Belisari (July 30 1961), aka Elio, is the founder of the Italian rock band Elio e le Storie Tese. He performs as the lead vocalist, but he also plays the transverse flute, and sometimes the electric guitar and the electric bass. The band is active in Italy since 1980, and they perform regularly in concert.Although he is the singer, he graduated at the conservatory for the transverse flute, which he occasionally plays during his performances.Elio also graduated on December 20 2002 from the Politecnico di Milano university with a M.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering, after dropping out of studies for years.The texts of his songs are often hilarious.Alumni of the Politecnico di MilanoElio
