Eamon Jonathan Doyle (born September 19, 1983), professionally known as Eamon, is an American pop and R&B singer-songwriter. He is perhaps best known for his hit single, "Fuck It ."
Early years
Eamon was born in Staten Island, New York City. He is of Italian and Irish descent. His father was a member of a doo-wop group. He began singing at age nine and touring and performing with his father's group at the same age. At fifteen he caught the attention of songwriter/producer Milk Dee, who had worked with musicians such as MC Lyte, Janet Jackson, Leshaun, and Mary J. Blige. Dee and his co-producer Mark Passy helped refine Eamon's sound. Eamon was eventually signed to Jive Records.
Music career
Eamon's debut single, "Fuck It " immediately caught the attention of urban, rhythmic, and pop radio stations when it was released in the U.S. in late 2003, due to its stripped-down production and un-edited profanities about an ex-lover who was two-timing the singer. Jive fast-tracked the
